Tomatillo Sauce
- 1 lb. tomatillos, husks removed and quartered
1/2 sweet yellow onion
1 seeded jalepeno
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. fresh cilantro
1 c. chicken broth
Blend until smooth. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer for 20-25 minutes.
