Protein Pancakes
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. oats bran or oats (I prefer oat bran)
3 egg whites
1/4 t. baking powder (I use Featherweight)
sweetener (I use 3 packets splenda)
cinnamon to taste

Heat a skillet to medium and spray with cooking spray.
Puree all ingredients in a food processor, magic bullet, blender, etc – whatever you have.
Pour in batches into the skillet and cook on one side for about 2 minutes before flipping. These cook very fast, so watch them.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
These babies have 30 grams of protein and about 290 calories before toppings.
